Pearl spared little expense in designing this drum which features a seamless black nickel plated steel shell, black steel tension rods inside brass fittings (keeping the connection between the two from ever seizing up, or rusting inside the lug), CL250 bridge lugs, and their famous 2.3mm “Superhoops”. All of these features combine to create one amazing snare drum with powerful tone with loads of range and expression.
