These drums are considered to be high-end recording snare drums, and for good reason. Beginning with the thin ply maple/walnut shell, the low mass lugs, and the 2.3mm power hoops, these drums convey power, tone, and sensitivity with a regal flare. The dual tuning/tension system  enables a balanced tone that’s unmatched, while the 20 low mass tension lugs are key to the balance of tuning.

The 5.1mm shell itself produces a wide, warm, and dynamic and EXTREMELY FULL range of snare drum sound.  And with this particular drum, you receive a full set of split Puresound 16 Strand Snare Wires.
