This listing is for a Zildjian (Vintage Thin Stamp)18” Heavy Ride Cymbal that’s in excellent condition, and that possesses a very interesting tone.
The cymbal is a bit brighter than we expected with a beautiful pingy sound to it. It’s attack is sharp, but still crashes well, and can deliver a fairly nice wash. The bell is full and distinct as well. This cymbal could be ideal for anything from classic rock, to jazz. Very versatile.
We’re inclined this is from the very early as no ink shows on the cymbal anywhere.
It weighs in at 2103 gms.
